We are available for larger group sessions by appointment and can travel as far as the Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast (for large groups of 20 or more, paid in advance). We can travel interstate for bigger groups on weekends, and we are also available for corporate bookings.
Training sessions can also be organized for mothers groups. Please contact us for more information.

What you need to know
Boot Camps go for 1 hour.
Training is based outdoors and will be conducted come rain,
hail or shine.
We concentrate on combining both cardio and resistance training.
These sessions are high intensity allowing you to get maximum results.
Conducted in small groups ensuring individual attention.
Margie personally conducts the sessions.
Sessions are open to all fitness levels and age groups
(over 14 years).
Sessions are to be paid before commencement, or weekly Direct Debit is available. Cash at the session is fine.
There are currently three, 6am morning sessions per week
Mon, Wed and Fri
Sessions are held at Arnwood Place, Tarragindi,
(off Ekabin Rd), Brisbane.
